Brix Brygghus 120822. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hop. Flavor is fruit, malt, hop, pine, flower, grass. Ordinary beer.

On tap at the brewpub. It’s a clear golden colored beer with a small, dense, white head. Some curtains. The aroma is light and fruity, with pine cones and hints of flowers and grass. It’s medium to full-bodied, quite dry and with a nice bitterness. The flavor has a light maltyness in the back, with generic fruityness dominating. Pine cones and some grassy and flowery notes. Dry, fruity finish. A refreshing one, but a bit too straight forward and dull for me. 220812

Lesestund på B&B, fra fat: lett uklar lys gylden med fint skum som varer. Friskt smaksanslag selv om aromaen er heller beskjeden. Lys malt, urter, hint av citrus og barnåler. Lett sødme og fin bitterhet i avslutningen. Svært lettdrikkelig her i solveggen på biblioteket.
