On tap at the brewpub. It’s lightly cloudy in the glass, a bit pale golden in color, with a creamy, finger-thick off-white to white head. Nice curtains. The aroma is flowery and citrusy, with hints of pine cones, peach and pale malts. It’s medium to full-bodied, rather dry on the palate, with a pleasant carbonation level. Super-silky. A bit low on bitterness I think, but with a nice fruity flavor. Generic citrus, some flowery notes, pine cones and a light tropical, peachy touch. Not much maltyness going on. Medium length finish. A pleasant one indeed, but I find it too light and easy drinkable, even for a session strength IPA. 220729

Pleasant and refreshing beer after a fine day in the mountains Hazed golden in the glass, and a fine head. Good lacing Looks fine and inviting Decent intensity in the aroma Balanced sweetness and bitterness Also a fine carbonation level Malty, mild fruity and some mild hoppy grapefruit/citric hoppy notes in the flavor [On tap @ source]

Fra fat på Finse turisthytte mai-16, 4 gentlemen gone beer hunting: etter en elegant spasertur i småsko i strålende sol over snøen fra Finse stasjon så vi alle fram til en lekker forfriskning og et nytt bryggeri for oss alle. Desverre ble vi litt skuffet, ølene var helt middels. Men cideren var framifrå! Deres ipa er klar kobbergylden med fint skum. Floal aroma innslag av smør og kokte grønnsaker. Lett appelsinfriskhet i anslaget, men slapp avslutning.

Big fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sour-ish grainy, body lotion, yeast, butterscotch, wet grain, wet grass, hay, minerals, flowers, old leafs, wet dog. Taste is slightly dry grainy, weeds, minerals, bark, old leafs, wet hay, dried grain, cardboard, wet dog, butterscotch. Medium bitterness, harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Meh!

From tap at Finsehytta with JMD, OGJ, KH and KSS 07.05.16. Alsmost clear golden. White head and lacing. Soft aroma, with pale malt, marmalade, butterscotch and boiled vegetables. Similar and quite sweet taste.
