Siberian Coast is quite a declaration of intent. With special emphasis on the aroma, a complete sensory tour has been designed, where the hops leave their mark from the nose to the aftertaste. It is fine, light, somewhat citric and fruity in aroma, with a smooth and balanced bitterness. The set makes the Siberian Coast a complex beer, but easy to drink, as suitable for summers in the sun as for studied pairings.

Bottled at Queen's Arms, Enköping. Clear amber, huge coarse head. Grassy bready nose. Dry with light body and clean, spritzy mouthfeel. Grassy, spicy and bready. Excessive carbonation and resin disturbs. Very bitter finish. Like a fruitier, dirtier and roughet north German pilsener. If there ever was any citrusy hops here it sure has worn off.

Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. Hazy amber colour lasting off white head. Resiny grapefruit hop aroma. Some toffee on aroma. It’s certainly an APA. Toffee and hop in the mouth. Hops turn a little harsh on the finish. Bitter and dryness on the finish. Pink grapefruit flavour runs through it. There’s a harshness to it though. Which takes away some of the enjoyment. Very bitter dry finish. Decent though. Some chalkiness. Hmmm. Nearly there, but not quite.

@Spain, @Colmado L’estuca, @Girona, bottle 33cl, 5%, 40 IBU, 2015 kept is a bit to long in the freezer to cool down, there’s been some icing in the bottle, bud applicable to a beer with such a title. pours clean golden with some white head. aroma of citrus, pine, orange. taste.... WOW....this is cold... allmost getting a brainfreeze... ;).... soft, medium bitterness, flat carbonation, medium sweetness, soft fruitiness of the citrus and the oranges. some grapefruit, light body, pretty simple pale ale. --- Beer merged from original tick of Siberian Coast on 24 May 2018 at 16:08 - Score: 6

Trübes dunkelgoldenes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch fruchig, sehr malzig, hopfig, so ist auch der Geschmack.
