Bottle @ Håndverkeren. Unclear golden body under a fine white head. Aroma is dominated by lemon/lime and some ginger. Taste is balanced sweet and acidic with light pale malt, quite much lemon, some ginger and hint of oranges. A touch of zesty bitterness as well. Balanced sweet and sour and balanced body, pleasant aftertaste. Nothing complex beer vise if that’s a thing in the world of shandy/Radler but actually the best I had within this style. The beer plays a minor role here, but the soda pop part is definitively chosen with quality in mind making it an actual god shandy drink. I.E. don’t expect a hyped NEIPA when much of the same ‘’non beer’’ beer qualities, but think in the direction of what a Radler actually is.

On tap at Nødingen. An unclear yellow-orange beer-drink with a minimalistic white head. Very fresh aroma, quite a lot of orange, with some lemon and a touch of ginger. Not much beer left. It's medium to thin on the palate, with some sweetness from the soda-pop and a gentle bitterness. Orange and lemon driven flavor with a nice addition of ginger. As in the aroma, the beer is in the far back. Medium length finish. A tasteful and refreshing drink, would be nice to try with some ice cubes on the summer heat. 240508
