Eleven is a beer that endeavors to encompass all of our knowledge and understanding of hoppy beer creation into a single experience to celebrate Eleven Years of Tree House!

It is crafted utilizing a new yeast blend that was created during the wildly important Data Set series that was introduced this Spring. This series enabled us to singularly understand various yeast strains we had not previously used and then experiment with them collectively and individually on a small scale to create something entirely new for Tree House and progressive in the world of hoppy beer. Pouring a marvelous opaque yellow color into your glass, it puts forth incredibly juicy notes of mixed tropical fruit and citrus. It carries a stunning softness considering the level of hop saturation it contains. Tree House is now Eleven years old - Twelve if you count our pre-licensed days - and we have never been more enthralled by the magic of beer creation. Thank you for supporting our journey along the way.

Can. An unclear orangey yellow-golden beer with a white head. The aroma has a wee malty touch in the far back, but it's mostly tropical fruit, grapefruit and pine cones. It's full-bodied and quite dry on the palate, with well hidden alcohol warmth. Gentle caronation. Tropical fruityness, grapefruit and hints of pine cones and grass in the flavor. Long hop driven finish. Quite delicious this one, and slides down way too easily. 240126

16 oz. can. Thanks TJ. Flavor has light, tropical fruit forward with mild herb, pine and hints of grass in the back side. Just enough bitterness to balance the sweetness, but it does show the booze. Pine comes forward sharply as it warms. Yeah, ok

Sweet and heavy with ripeish tropical fruits, pineapple, mango and juicy notes. A bit heavy

Charlton draught, 8/5/23. Maybe it was the C133 immediately before this but this one didn't quite wow me. All the good aspects of their best IPAs (mouthfeel/body/attenuation) but with a ton of mosaic like spice, or woody Amarillo. Just a shade too piney/spicy in the nose. And rather spicy, dry, piney flavor. Woody, husky dryness, with more resinous character than I'd prefer. More malt sweetness to balance, as a result. Eh, you can't beat the AUS/NZ stuff...

Pours a hazy, soft banana yellow, with mid-sized head. Aroma is pungent, with some used oil/gas mix, along with citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor largely follows, with only the bare minimum of hop bitterness at the finish. Soft, soft mouthfeel.
