750 ml green bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 10%. Made with 80% Discovery and 20% Aroma apples. Very pale golden colour, pours vigorously sparkling with a large but shortlived head. Aroma of apples, alcohol, oak and sulphites. Dry flavour with the same elements, hints of apple cores and some rotting apples. Thin mouthfeel for its strength.

YG 161223. Straw color with a shortlived white head. Aroma is apples, funk, citrus. Flavor is apples, funk, citrus, flower, peaches.

Bottle, 75cl. A hazy straw colored cider with a big, diminishing white head. It's quite sparkling, so a thin layer of bubbles lasts for quite some time. The aroma is apple driven and very lightly funky, with a citrusy, flowery hint. Sort of tropical, peachy too. It's quite tart on the palate, at least more tart than expected, with little residual sweetness. It's full-bodied, well carbonated and surprisingly little warming conidering the 10% ABV. Apples dominates the flavor though, followed by some grass, apple cores, funk, leather and barnyard, and lemon juice. Medium length finish. The alcohol can be felt all the way here, but it's very subdued. This, along with the light funk, makes it a very pleasant and tasteful cider. 231216

Big fizzy mediumlasting head, cloudy. Aroma is dry sour-ish floral, apple peel, leafs, bark, flowers, grass, apple cores, yeast, unripe apples, alcohol, minerals, paper, hints of oak and old cellar. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, unripe apples, sorrel, minerals, bark, apple peel, leafs, apple cores, yeast, soda powder. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.
