Clear yellow colour with large fluffy head.Aroma of citrus and grass nice not of yeast and gassy flavour good fruity and spicy with good crispy taste mild with good bitterness.

Bottle. An unclear orange colored beer with a white head. Citrusy aroma, orange and some grapefruit. Some pale malts. It’s medium to full-bodied, quite dry, with a decent bitterness. The flavor has some pale malts in the back, with mostly citrusy flavors up front. Some flowery and grassy notes. Lasting hoppy finish. Lasting finish. Not much christmasy, but sure pleasant and quenching. 231124

Bottle (sample) at Bjarke Bundgaard Tasting, HavnensVinOgTobakhus 2023. Pours hazy pale amber with large white head. Aroma is passion fruit, fennel, mango and coriander. Taste is medium sweet, medium bitter and light acidic. Body is oily with medium carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet and bitter with notes of fennel, passion fruit, mango and spice (dried ginger).

Bottle 50 cl Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a creamy and lacing, white head. Interesting, spicy, citrusy nose. Medium body, creamy and only lightly sweet fruitiness with some lurking bitterness. Not your average take on a NEIPA, but I like it. 140122

Bottle, 5.7%. Fruity aroma with a sweet and floral aroma hop note. Cloudy golden colour. Very big stable white head. The flavour is fruity and yeasty with a good grassy hop note.
