440ml Can. Amber in colour with a thick creamy head. Quite a bland beer with nothing standing out. Poor beer.

440ml can from Aldi. Amber pour with a thick cream widget-driven head; slightly smoky aroma; smooth with a simple malty flavour and again a slight smokiness; and a dry finish with a metallic edge. Not at all bad.

It’s like bonfire night opening one of these cans, but it is smooth as advertised with a sweet aroma, albeit a bland bitter taste.
