A brand new beer and style for Salopian – Cold IPA. Fermented at a lower temperature using lager yeast and a trio of British hops – Harlequin, Olicana and the new experimental hop CF302 to deliver delicate notes of citrus, grapefruit, pine and passionfruit. It’s a clean, crisp and crushable yet delightfully hopped IPA.

440ml can. Clear golden, white head. Aroma of grapefruit, pine, ripe orange, something tropical (pineapple?). Taste is fruity, orange and grapefruit, a bit of marmalade, some ripe pineapple/peach/misc. tropical fruits, clean and crisp with a drying piney bitterness. Medium bodied. Decent enough.

Clear and golden with a frothy white head and a Llovely fruit salad aroma. Fresh and zesty with grapefruit and pine and a dry, bitter finish

Keg @ Salopian Brewery. Pours a clear pour with a very fine mist, pure white head. Fresh aroma of assorted grapefruit and citrus pine notes. Clean, cutting hit to taste with a distinct piney bitterness, with soft peachy moments.. one of the better Cold IPAs, quite refreshing after a cycle over.
