Can, from home I believe. A light fresh plum beer. It's a bit thin and a bit sharp to my taste, bordering on Berliner weisse flavours and vibes (elderflower, yeast etc.). Sharp sourness. Improved a bit as it went.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from the brewery online shop. Pours clear yellow-gold with a modest, foamy white head. Lightly sweet with tangy plum, wheat bread, a little citric tang, soft funk, pale grains, white wine, oak. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, little rose wine, more oaky notes, subtle tangy plum, accents of wheat, hay, lemon rind. Slow starter, super-strong finisher. Impressive.

Can at home, picked up from HOTM online, 19/11/23. Golden blonde with an off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is tarte fruit esters, plum skins, funk, grains, damp straw, hay bale. Taste comprises sharp plums, funk, lemon zip, barnyard esters, funk, damp cloth, hay bale. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a sharp fruit climax. Tidy flavoursome saison for just 3.5% ... some folks seem to want the world for such low ABV ... get a fucken grippe!!!

On tap at Arcade Beers, pours a cloudy dull golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals the washed out, spent plums, with plenty of earthiness. Flavour is moderately tart, with spent plums, lots of earthiness, and a hint of oak. The plums are too washed out—I get that they're second use, but it just doesn't work. And the base beer seems more muffled than anything, without the complexity of their yeast profile coming through that shines in some of their higher ABV saisons. It's OK, just pretty muffled and this underwhelming.

Can. Online shop. Hazed medium gold. Good white froth. Slightly unripe plum flesh and stone. Some floral soap notes. Light yeasty bread. Whiff of spice. Taste is dry lightly bitter and fairly tart. Sharp and clean mouthfeel. Rolling carbonation. Tart sharp light dry finish. Fruity and refreshing.
