Cask at the pigs ear beer festival 2023. A clear amber orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet. Nutty malts, grass, midget gems,, tangerine. Flavour is composed of semi sweet. Nutty light toffee, grassy hop, sileage,. Palate is semi sweet, rounded. Moderate carbonation.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2023, day 1 - London. Pours clear gold with a bubbly, white head. Light sweet flavour with lovely citrusy hops, sturdy bitter grass, sun-kissed pale malts, straw. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Well balanced finish, clean and bitter.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Clear gold beer, small bubbly off white head. Palate is light and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Light malts, a light dry sweetness. Juicy Amarillo, slightly ripe orange, tangerine. Crisp pine. Little peel bitterness on the semi dry finish. Bright and breezey and in good nick.
