We brewed this Festbier with one thing in mind........ to be enjoyed in Steins, eating Bratwurst and listening to Oompah bands. Luckily for us it also has all the sweet maltiness, moderate bitterness and the delicate hop character of a great Festbier.

Keg at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours clear, light gold with a tight, creamy white head. Light to medium sweet flavour with notes of white grape, tangerine, melon, some pale bread, biscuits, fresh straw. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Fairly clean in the finish, fruity. Tasty stuff though not really what I would expect of the style.

Draft at Beerheadz. Golden colour with a white head. Citrus and sweet aroma and taste. Crisp body.
