Bottle from Drankenspeciaalzaak Jelle. Aroma is quite spicy with dark malt, caramel, lots of "gagel" spices, liquorice root, with soft dark fruity notes, and some brown sugar. Flavour is sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied. Heavily spiced, not really my kind of beer but certainly well-made.

Geprobeerd bij de brouwerij met LiekevdV. Het is een amberkleurig bier met een volle beige schuim. Het heeft een grassige en kruidige geur. De smaak is moutig, zacht zoet en kruidig in de afdronk.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Kâld Kletske Galjes ].Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, spicy, herbs, moderate yeasty, herbs - bog bog myrtle (moseporse). Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, floral, spicy, caramel, flowery, spicy - flowery bitter, bog bog myrtle (moseporse), herbs. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180411] 5-3-4-3-9

0.33 l bottle from ’Wijnkoperij Wielinga’, best before November 2018. Slight gusher! Murky, dark brown with a massive, slowly diminishing, frothy, beige head. Sweetish-malty, spicy aroma of caramel, brown sugar, licorice root, some chocolate and hints of raisins. Sweet, malty and quite spicy taste of caramel, brown sugar, some chocolate, licorice root and some raisins, followed by a short, slightly bitter, quite spicy finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Not bad!

schenkt iets wazig donker amber met iets rode gloed en gele kraag. redelijk wat koolzuur aanwezig, waardoor het gistdepot wat omhoog komt. aroma is zoet, mout, enorm veel gagel. smaken zijn moutig, veel mondvullende co2, enorme kruidigheid (gagel) uiteraard, matig tot redelijk zoet, zwak bitter, ik heb al diverse gagelbieren mogen proeven, en het is niet echt mijn ding, matige body, niet slecht maar gewoon niet mijn ding dat gagel. --- Beer merged from original tick of Kâld Kletske Galjes on 18 May 2018 at 15:27 - Score: 7
