Can from ISBF21 box. Aroma is grainy, woody, with a warm spicy yeasty streak. Clear golden amber. Thick foamy white head. Medium bitter. As per the aroma it's grainy, woody and spicy. A citrus edge. Light. Thin. Fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Hits the spot. Good stuff.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours clear gold, lightly effervescent, with a billowing, frothy white head. Lightly sweet with ample dry, crackery malts, some sturdy grassy bitterness, cracked grains, straw, biscuits. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Clean finish, more dried biscuits, crackers, straw and grass. Highly drinkable stuff. This one grew on me significantly.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 14/10/21. Very light haze on a golden amber pour with a good sized lasting white head. Nose is hedgerow, grass, lemon rind, pale malts, cereals, dull grains, herb. Taste comprises soft bready malts, grass, hedgerow, citric tinged straw, grains, light herb, leafy bite. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close scattered with dusty hop bitterness. Top drawer pils ... lots of flavour allied to refreshment.

Can, picked up at the brewery. Lightly hazy deep yellow gold. Fine swirl of dense white head is lasting and semi lacing. Nose has spicy grain. Dry cracker. Some lemon peel. Bright herbal notes. Touch of mineral. Taste has a little sweetness. A tad of sourness. Pretty punchy hop leaf bitterness. Clean and crisp with fine but sharp carbonation. Lingering crisp bitterness to finish. SMOD do lagers extremely well.
