A big juicy banger of a nectar IPA, double dry hopped with a frankly silly amount of Idaho 7, Cryo Mosaic, and Citra.
Co-pitched with Metschnikowia Reukaufii, and London III. M. Reukaufii is a nectar specialist yeast which was isolated from wild flowers where it usually ferments nectar, and performs complex biotransformation reactions to make the flower's aromatic compounds more active, and attractive to bees - it does wonderful things to hop aromatics!

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden yellow and cloudy. The odd floater. Creamy snow white head. Nose - dank, guava, mango skin and orange pith. Taste - ripe melon, pungent mango and orange zest. Palate - medium bodied, tangy middle with a dry tangy finish. Overall - good. Taste better than nose.
