Biscuits! Amber gold with a frothy / creamy white head and minimal aroma. Light bodied with plenty of biscuit malt, some sweetish lemons and a soft bittersweet finish.

Gravity cask at the Royston, Broadstairs, 25/11/23. Clear golden to light amber with a decent off white covering. Nose is biscuit, grains, herb, stewed fruits. Taste comprises biscuit, toffee, dates, raisins, straw, herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light bitter edge. Decent bitter.

Cask @ Bailey Head, Oswestry. Clear gold, small white head. Straightforward unfussy best bitter.. northern style with fruity marmalade shades and prominent bitterness. Decent.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 12th May 2023. Slightly hazy amber with shallow off-white foam and full lacing. Rich malty aroma. Hazelnut nuttiness and tropical fruits in-mouth, and a nutty finish. Some sweet citrus notes. Full bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.
