En 0,44 brukerdose fra Mossy Well via min importkoffert, hjemme etter årets siste brygging (13/25 - Rødt Nyttår): nesten helt klar gylden med fint skum som varer. En vennlig og lettdrikkelig sak preget av appelsiner, nellik, tyggis, banan og brød. Fin bitterhet i avslutningen, men den ble litt besk helt mot slutten. Kanskje jeg ikke drakk fort nok (ulikt meg, i såfall...). Enda et nytt bryggeri, men når jeg mitt mål om 3000 bryggerier før 75-års dagen?

Аромат сразу уходит в ыитрусовый и травяной хмель, что вообще не в стиль, хотя абсолютно везде указано как классический вайсбир. Бананов вообще нету, цвет чуть светлее чем обычно, пенка нормальная. Вкус в принципе такой же, много хмеля на первом плане, цитрусы, бананов очень мало, есть какие то другие фрукты. Как охмеленная пшеничка норм, но это не классика от слова совсем.

A: banana peel, nutmeg, dough, apple.
T: sweet banana, apple, soft citrus, dough.
F: floral hops, spicy clove, banana.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Fresh and balanced.

Draft at Beerheadz Lincoln. Slight hazed golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are herbal and slight subtle banana. Slight seeet tan finish. Crisp easy drinking.

Can thanks to the brewery. Appearance - deep amber to brown and opaque. Snow white head. Nose - big banana note, brown bread and fudge. Taste - banana, toffee, fudge, Mississippi Mud Pie. Palate - creamy in texture, light to medium bodied, with gentle bitterness. Overall - quite enjoyed this one.

Keg at the brewery tap. Pours hazy orange, nose is full on banana, cream, hint of spice, taste is sweet, creamy banana, dry, clove, lots of spice in the finish.

Can from Cornelius. Pours hazy amber with a short-lived thin white head. Aromas of candied banana, bread and light spice. Taste is sweet, wheat, light spice. Faint banana linger.

Can from Cork & Cask. Hazy amber body with an off-white head that fades. Lively carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of banana and brown bread. Flavour of red apple and banana yoghurt. Medium body with a smooth texture. Light fizz. Big banana vibes. A tasty weissbier.
