Brewer’s Notes: Wheat and pilsner form the base malts along with local hops, a slightly lower than average ale ferment and the traditional cold rest give the subtle elements of stone-fruits, juicy pineapple, and clean, slightly peppery finish. A pleasant brioche note runs throughout with some citrus and stone fruit on the nose. Low to no hop presence and a crisp finish make this an easy drinker.

Draft at the brewery. Fairly dry biscuit malt, fairly flat up front, the finish with slight apricots and a building bitterness that's not overwhelming. It's ... ok

Biscuit malt and straw aroma. Golden yellow with large white head. Mildly sweet peach/apricot, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body. Nice fruity flavor.
