Tap at the Dutch bar bermondsey. A light hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a a halo of white head. Aroma is lemon rind verbena, straw, grass, pineapple. Straw. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, bready grains, tangy pineapple, lemon verbena, pithy citrus, palate is semi sweet, tangy, moderate carbonation. Not bad.

Keg at 'If It Ain't Dutch'. Just a mild haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, modestly sweet. Crisp pine. Citrus peel bitterness. A little hop spice. Candy fruits on the back end. Semi dry finish leaves a spicy linger.

Okay DIPA if a little stuck in 3rd gear.

Small white head over darker golden, lightly veiled beer. Other grains & citrussy hops, even exotic fruit, pineapple, and rosewater. Sweet, rosewater, very sweet pineapple (with its acidity gone). Again C-hops. Quite slick, even almost sticky despite good carbonation. Medium bodied. Too sweet, too easy. We doubted if the 'purée' got fermented and probably was added later. Txs to Stef!

Hazy golden beer with a mid sized good lasting off white head. Aroma of pineapple, stone fruits, citra. Taste of intense yellow stone fruits, apricot, pineapple, moderate bitterness.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 09.04.2025) im 2024-06 getrunken. Diese gold-gelbe, trübe Ale hat eine recht einfache Aromastruktur wo hinter dem Pomelo Aroma ein ganz feines Ananas-Aroma zu entdecken ist. Ansonsten hält sich hier die Hopfenbitterkeit etwas zurück. Jedoch hat dieses Ale sonst nichts. Ein etwas deutlicheres Ananas-Aroma wäre hier interessant gewesen.
