Sampled from 0.5 l can from local 'Kaufland', as '5,0 Original Stark', best before July 2025. Clear, amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish-malty, minimally floral aroma of grains, some honey and traces of straw. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly floral and a little boozy taste of grains, straw, honey, sugar and light sultanas, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly boozy finish. Medium to full body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Actually drinkable but far from great, tastes like a typical cheap macro strong lager.

500 ml can from Coop in Zurich, Switzerland. Pours a crystal clear gold color with a white head and great retention. Decent lacing. Lots of streaming carbonation. Boozy malt liquor aroma. The taste follows the nose: Corny sweet malt liquor flavor with a warming finish. Slick and thick mouthfeel. Lower carbonation than I expected. Zero bitterness. The 9.0% ABV is medicinal, yet hidden better than I expected. Not a lot of positive attributes.
