HAPPY TRAILS werd gecreëerd tijdens een roadtrip langs de westkust tussen Amsterdam en Gent. Deze gedurfde West Coast IPA barst van de essentie van de Pacific Northwest en de gezamenlijke creativiteit van Dok Brewing en Two Chefs Brewing. Gehopd met de beste Riwaka, Nelson en Motueka uit Nieuw-Zeeland, zit dit bier vol met heldere citrustonen en een uitgesproken tropische explosie! Met een verfrissende ABV van 6,5% en een krachtige 70 IBU, krijg je direct zin om met je beste maten de weg op te gaan en de zon achterna te reizen!

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Fruity and bitter with zesty citrus, grapefruit, orange peel, white grape, light pine and malt. Bitter and somewhat dry finish, medium body. A very nice bitter New Zealand IPA.

A: clear golden, thin, white head.
A: melon, dank grape, onion, sweat, grapefruit peel.
T: sweetish melon & pineapple, bitter grapefruit, bread crust.
F: bitter piney hops, grapefruit, grape, onion.
P: medium body oily texture, average carbonation.
Characterful and bitter, very nice.

An at home from Sterk, Amsterdam, 15th September 24. Pours a hazy yellow orange. Aroma of grapes, dank, earthy, floral, Nelson is there. Taste is grapes, melon, citrus, pithy, dank and earthy, quite bitter and very interesting to drink. Really good IPA from these 2 decent breweries

A little cloudy blond beer, small creamy white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lovely, very very dank, lots of marijuana, super dank, juicy, some tropical fruits, wow! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, very juicy, spicy, very dank, earthy, sweet, lots of tropical fruits, nice stuff. Aftertaste: lots of marijuana, super dank, earthy, onions, a bit resinous, very nice, super stuff, I really like it!
