Drucken på fat på Malmö Brewings franska ölfestival. Smak och doft av passionsfrukt, humle, grapefrukt, mango, citrusskal, citron, nektar. Stor sötma, torr, blommig, fin beska med smak av grapfrukt och citrusskal och toner av tall. Mycket gott!

Draught @ [ 888 Winter Camp French Craft Beer Festival ] - Malmö Brewing Co, Bergsgatan 33, Malmö, Sweden 214 22. [ As Parisis Bière IPARISIS ].ABV: 6.2%. Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, grass, citrus, fruity hops, cat piss. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, citrus, grass, fruity, thin. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160123]

Drucken på fat på Malmö Brewings franska ölfestival då kallad IPArisis. En riktigt fruktbomb. Massor av juicig, tropisk frukt och nektardrypande söta blommor. Söt smakbild men ändå relativt frisk och torr med rejäl beska som är perfekt avvägd. Känns riktigt färsk. Bland de bästa IPor jag druckigt på länge. Har lite svårt att förstå att den inte fått högre omdömmen. Riktigt bra.

Draught sample. Hazy, golden colour with a thin, white head. Fruity aroma toasted notes, caramel, orange peel, peaches and pines. Taste is bitter. Fresh. Medium body. Finishes dry and bitter. Very nice.

Tap@The French Craft Beer Festival at Malmö Brewing Taproom, Malmö - golden coloured pour with white head. Aroma and taste is a mix of tropical and citrus fruits, hoppy and malty, some caramel, orange, peach, citrus peel, pine needles, hoppy bitter finish.

Golden color with a white head, medium lasting and nice lacework. Aroma has notes of citrus, light resins and grapefruit. Flavor has a decent bitterness dominating the citrus notes, some maltiness and slightly flowery hints. The final is bittery with good duration and very fresh. Very enjoyable.
