Clear pale golden colour, tall soapy white head, mostly diminishing, fair lacing. Aroma pale malts, wheat, lemon, lemon grass, candy sugar. Kinda sharp taste, medium sweet and light bitter, lemon, lemon peel, wheat, candy, coriander, lemon grass. Touch acidity in finish, lemon zest, coriander and pepper notes on the tongue. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation, maybe too spicy and because of that a bit unbalanced, but certainly quite quaffable.

0.33 l bottle at ’Joost’. Slightly hazy, straw yellow with a white head. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy and a little fruity aroma of coriander, vanilla, some citrus and hints of clove. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity taste of coriander, vanilla, some citrus and hints of cloves, followed by a short, slightly bitter, yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice and refreshing, a bit too sweet.

Sampled draft @ B TASTE in Bruges. Hazy citrus with a big creamy egg-white head. Nose is spioiled unpleasant lemon, big white sugar, nasty candy & Meringues. Taste is massive sweet white sugar, hay, candy, similar to their Stennis beer, touch better, Meringues, odd spoiled lemon. Excessive white sugar taste & body. Meh, huge slab of white sugar at best.
