Clear pale golden colour, tall frothy white head, half-way lasting, good lacing. Light sourish nose, aroma wheat, coriander, yeast, hint of lemon. Light taste, medium sweet, light sour and slightly bitter, fruity, yeasty, wheat, cardboard. Sweetbitter finish with herbal and sourish notes in the finish, medium body, watery to oily texture, average carbonation. Strange brew, difficult to categorize, not a weizen or witbier, neither a saison, but fresh and drinkable.

Bottle from Drank van de Meisjes, BB 29-10-16, large sample. Hazy golden color, big rocky head. Aroma is spicy, coriander, citrus, some wheat. Slight bitter in taste, grainy wheat, citrus, spicy, slight sweet. Bit thin body, medium carbonation. Feels more saisonesque than a german hefeweizen.
