Bottled 375ml (shop next to brewery) Reddish colour, small beige head. Tartish earthy aroma. Light-bodied. Caramalt and tartness. Herbal birch notes. Probably gone bad.

33cl bottle. PBF XIV. Poured dark brown in color. Bready, yeasty but also quite soury notes in flavor. Nutty notes as well.

--Bottled at PBF XIV. -- Hazy copper colour, small head. Sourish caramel aroma. Sweet and sour with caramel and slight birch leaves. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle@pbf XIV. Hazy amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is birch, some floral and herbal tones. Flavour is floral, herbal and mild birch with some plummy tones.

Rating from notes had this after few local macros Smell - malty, caramel. some people reported the smell of cooked liver, but it might be because of dirty glass. Foam - Caramel, roast, sweet, malty, burned sugar Appearance - generic bottle cap From - bottle / plastic cup, dirty. Taste - Sweet, malty, caramel, burned sugar, nice. No birch was detected though. Small edit: tried it one more time later from a friend, it was close to the expiration date and it did get some sourness and birch notes more. The taste was completely different from the one I had.
