In the aroma,you will find a harmonious blend of cherry and barnyard funk, while the palate offers balanced flavors of toasted bread, fresh hay and dried figs, complemented by a mild sourness. Brewed with malted barley, wheat, and raw wheat.

Bottle from De Bierliefhebber. Hazy dark red brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, tart cherry and wood. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Sweet and light acidic finish. 190925

--Bottled at PBF XIV-- Clear mahogany colour, small head. Woody nose with tart cherries. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Intensely oaky with tart wine and cherries. Tanninic finish. Elegant.

375ml bottle at Pien, Helsinki. Poured unclear light red with not much head. Aroma: tart, funky, cherries, berries, light balsamic vibes, woody, herbal. Taste: light to moderate acidic, follows the aroma. Medium body with low carbonation.
