Slightly cloudy carmine to ruby red beer with a rust brown touch to it, small creamy off-white head, unstable, dissipates quickly. Aroma: lots of honey up front, fruity, blackberries, black currants, raspberry jam, some dark cherry jam. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sourish start, some black currants, tannins, a little bitter, nice acidity, honey, slightly sweet, but not much. Aftertaste: very fruity, raspberry jam, acidic, some sour cherries, slightly bitter, a hint of honey, a bit oxidized, nice, rich and complex!

Canned 330ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Hazy dark red coloured, medium sized off-white head, quite dry nose; berries. Slightly acidic and dry berry taste with touch of honey and sweetish finish.

Taster at Lajbah, Ljubljana. A bit hazy ruby red, tiny white head, nonlasting. Quite strong honey with spices nose upfront, some very sweet berries later on. Gently sweet start, honey, medium puckery sourness, salty finish. Mild aftertaste. Light and nice. A bit too sweet though.

Pours dark copper, scent is mild. Tad salty touch. Taste is full, dry, very mild acidity. Tad salty, fruits are fairly mild. Honey is hidden.

Keg at Beer Merchants Tap, 02/11/24. Golden blonde topped with an off white head. Nose is tangy berry fruits, herb, hedgerow, grains. Taste comprises damp straw, faint honey vibe, dull berry fruits, grass, herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a puckering kiss at the curtain call. Okay but lacking depth for a 7.5% beer.
