Sure, I can recognize the quince, but not in a way that it's a beneficial thing - which is a first, I usually really like quince beers. Taste is dry, weirdly yeasty (autolysis) , estery, harsh, oily body. Very mildly sour, Medium saltyness. Quince is recognizable, but doesn't work smoothly with the beer.
