Opaque pitch black color, no head. Aroma and flavor are malts, roasted malts, dark fruit, dried raisins. Flavor is malts, roasty a bit, dark fruit and raisins, booze. Quite alcoholic. Hmm not great imo; way less good as I'd hoped anyway. 7-7,5-6-6-6

Clear dark brown to black beer, no head. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, a bit oxidized, some soy sauce, ok. MF: soft carbon, full body. Taste: sweet start, lots of alcohol, caramel, sugary, vanilla, more alcohol. Aftertaste: a little bitter, sugary, very malty, a lot of caramel, lots of alcohol, ok but not great.
