Meet our Spéciale Blonde: a delicious blond session beer that owes its refreshing character to the masterful play of grains and hops. The fine balance between malt, wheat and a subtle but remarkable hint of fresh hops makes this beer a delicious pale blond thirst-quencher.

Clear blond yellow beer, creamy white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: yeasty start, very grassy, lots of marijuana, fresh hops, more yeast, floral touch, some banana, sweet grains. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: very yeasty tart, grassy, floral touch, hay, cow fodder, a bit sweet, gentle bitterness. Aftertaste: more dry, spicy, a little fruity, yeasty finish.

Halmgul lätt disig vätska med vitt finbubbligt skumlock. Arom av jäst, ljus deg och kryddnejlika. Tunn, lite vattnig och med balandserad och framträdande örtighet i beskan med en lätt höighet. Överraskande hög kolsyra och tunn lätteldig kropp.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Yellowish golden colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is floral, grainy and some mild grassy tones. Flavour is floral, fruity, some grainy and mild herbal tones and some bready tones.
