For this hazy IPA’s foundation we reached for our trustworthy grist bill of extra pale ale malt, german wheat malt and some flaked oats. Simple ingredients - precise execution. But now to the exciting part: dry hopping. We let Strata hops from @crosbyhops take the centre stage. Prepare for a voyage beyond the ordinary Both T90 pellets and the new CryoGenic lupulin pellets, CGX, were used in abundance. Notes of strawberry, grapefruit, melon and passion fruit.

Lys gul tåkete med hvitt skum. Lukter sydhavsfrukt og tørkede frukter. Middels fylde og bitterhet, smaker barnål, sitrus, noe blomster og gress. Middels lang.

Nice to find Apex in the hood! Bright fruity notes of red grapefruit and tangerine, papaya, hop spice, mango, sweetish malty backing, piney bitter edged hoppy close.

Thanks omhper! Amber colour, Small white foamy head. Aroma is floral, nectary, some mild toffee and citrus tones to it. Flavour is fruity, floral, some mild nectary and sweet malty tones with some fudge tones too. Smooth.

Can. (thanks Eddan) Hazy yellow with a medium white head. A bit sweet with pineapple, grass, passionfruit. Not that bitter.

Canned, from Systembolaget. Hazy pale straw colour, rich head. Aroma of apricots and strawberries. Sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Guava and strawberry jam on fruity, somewhat porridgy malt. Low bitterness.
