330ml bottle from the Farmers Bar, Puchong, Malaysia. Poured a clear black colour with a short-lived frothy tan head. The aroma is roasted malts, red berry fruits, raisins, plums with notes of oak and light boozy alcohol. The flavour is moderate sweet and liqourice bitter, with a big roasty, dark chocolate, light coffee, red berry fruit, warm alcohol bitter, light sweet honey palate. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation. Really nicely balanced and that touch of honey in the finish made this beer complete. Awesome!

Bottle. Deep, deep brown, almost black body under a small beige head. Strong and god aroma of dark malt, dark chocolate, dry fruit and Cognac. Taste is sweet and rich flavored similar to aroma, dark malt, dark chocolate, dry fruit, warming alcohol, some marmalade and balancing bitterness that works fine against all the sweetness togeth-er with the alcohol. All in all a very fin, tasty and well balanced imperial porter. Fine body and aftertaste as well.
