Bottle at home, cellared this one for two years. Pours black with a tan head. Nose is chocolate, light roast, molasses, dried fruits, vineous notes and tannins, some oxidization shows as well. Taste is sweetish, but only moderately so, showing dried fruits, molasses, chocolate, dark sugars, stone fruits and grapes. Similarly to the aroma the oxidization starts to show here as well. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation. Initially it felt a bit underwhelming but with time it opened up nicely.

Black with minimal head. Big sweetness throughout. Chocolate, molasses, light roasted notes, dark fruits, booze in the back with light bitterness in the finish. Pick up some cognac and oak along the way which is nice. Definitely sweet and can be a bit much at times, especially near the end as it warms. Still, lovely stuff.

Bottle from Wijn & Whiskyhuis Nijverdal. Aroma is dark malt with vinous notes, dark fruits, dark chocolate, roast, wood, syrup, molasses, and notes of cognac. Flavour is quite sweet and sugary with a moderate roasty bitterness and some alcohol. Body is full. Big diabetes-inducing sweetness, typical for an "Öö" specimen, bit too much for me. Overall pleasant sipping beer, Cognac barrel notes work well.

Bottle. Black with a fat coat of tan head that retreats to the rim after a time. Lush mocha and roast aroma with Amaretto, prunes. Lovely silky texture with lowish carbonation. But the cognac is more obvious upon a taste and _perhaps_ very slightly mars the end. The lifting bitterness is still there though. Great, but not sure I prefer it to the normal version.
