Can (from Vinmonopolet Nettbutikk via Kirkenes). Hazy orange colour, small off-white foamy head. Aroma is floral, nectary, mild peachy and some zesty tones with mild sweet malty tones too. Flavour is floral, nectary, some mild vegetable bitter tones with mild sweet malts. Bittery and somewhat sweet floral tones to it. A bit on the harsh side of things.

Hazy golden colour, steady off-white head. Light piney nose. Medium-bodied. Caramalt, pine and toilet in the flavour. Quite sweet. Probably lost its charm after 8 months.

330 ml can, as Rygr Mjolnir Dobbel India Pale Ale, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8%, IBU 100. Slightly hazy orange colour, large white head. Aroma of oranges, marmalade and piney hops. Medium sweet flavour, malts and orange marmalade, followed by a distinct hop bitterness with a resinous finish.

Sikringskost i form av en 0,33 boks fra Statens ernæringsråds postordreservice, hjemme: lett uklar gylden med utmerket skum helt til bunns. Barskog/furunåler/eukalyptus og engelsk appelsinmarmelade i aroma og smak. De 100 IBU opptrer slett ikke aggressivt selv om de er hjertelig til stede, det sørger den solide maltkroppen for. Halvtørr avslutning med plenty mersmak, en velgjører for tørste vandrere. Og for én gangs skyld er jeg før Nilsas med en ny Rygr!
