Sweetish, quite herbal-spicy, gently yeasty aroma of banana, sage, clove and honey. Gently sweet, malty, fairly herbal-spicy and rather yeasty taste of banana, clove, honey, lots of sage and some vanilla, followed by a short, gently bitter finish. Medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Interesting one, might not be to everyone's liking, maybe a bit unbalanced.
