. On tap at the brewery Bergues clear gold lasting white head. A bit of toasted hops aroma. Some pink grapefruit flavour. A little thin on the mouth. Needs more malt. A lot of tasty hops but needs a balance. Ok

Draught @ Westhoek Brewery. Pours a misty gold, white head. Aroma has a light hoppiness, some pale malt. Flavour profile presents nicely hoppy citrus, biscuity malt, gently honied sweetness, a hint of grapefruit perhaps, but overall quite mild and balanced. Seshy tone. Fine.

bottle 33cl. from the brewpub @home poured into a shaker. Hazy pale golden colour, good frothy white head, oily texture, good lacing. Aroma pale malt, lemon, bergamot, grassy hops. Mild taste, light to medium sweet and bitter, malty, lemon, grapefruit. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, smooth semi-dry sweetbitter aftertaste, orange pith, more bitterness in the finish, refreshing, well-balanced, very nice.
