(Draught at Café DeRat, Utrecht, 14 Aug 2025) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of hibiscus, cranberries and rhubarb. Fruity, tart taste with rhubarb, sour berries, citrus, red fruit and oak wood. No bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tart and refreshing, with lots of sour fruit. Nice one.

Hazy golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of sour rhubarb, grapes, wood. Taste of brett, berries, grapes, wood.
