On tap @Doppio Malto, CC Maximo (Rome). Giallo paglierino, velata, schiuma bianca media. Al naso mollica di pane, erbaceo, leggero citrico e floreale. In bocca è abbastanza ben bilanciata, attacco abboccato, chiusura amara, secca, fresca. Corpo leggero, carbonazione corretta. Ok.

On tap. Territorio olfattivo dominato dal luppolo. La finezza olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità, intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo e ananas.

Taster at Rome FCO Airport, very pale beer, small head. Aroma is malt, grain, light hops. Taste is the same, malt, grain, citrus, hops, some drying aftertaste. Not bad

On keg at Doppio Malto, Glasgow. Appearance - clear golden with a thin white head. Nose - green beans, vegetable oil and grassiness. Taste - more of the same. Palate - light bodied, fairly dry finish. Overall - ok, fairly on style.
