As tastes change and lupulin thresholds become exhausted the bent has steered towards balance. Using new and old world hops, with a malty structure and dry finish, the focus is on drinkability.

Simcoe, Amarillo, Citra and Galaxy collide in citrus, tropical, piney wonderland. More aromatic than its western brethren but with a nice malty body, saline mid-palate and less bitter, more drinkable finish. So modern it’s almost traditional, and screams that milk was a bad choice.
