This year, our collaborative series with our good friends at Coffee Collective continues with Single Estate - Duver. When left with samples of Duver, a washed offering from the Columbian highlands, blossom and plum-like aroma caught our attention. It's silky palate coupled with vibrant acidity encouraged us to ensure these qualities featured in the final beer. Accordingly, we tailored an athletic kølsh-style recipe to bring a bright effervescence and a crisp profile to ensure both beer and coffee compliment. The finished product is day-break clear. Luxurious white aromatic foam sits atop clean pour-over like coffee notes, pairing elegantly with the beer to a concise close.

Tap at Csakajo. The coffee is very dominant, and I’m all for it. Admittedly a sucker for coffee in pale beers, this works just fine for me

Draft. A light golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and malt, leading to a bitter finish.
