750ml bottle at Little Rascals, Edinburgh. Pours clear straw gold with a thin white head. Aromas of light spice, hay, funk, faint malt, sherbet, oak. Taste adds some white wine and wood. Clean finish. Nice.
Nice stuff. Brett and citrus. Very drinkable. Bit creamy.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from BS online. Pours clear honey-gold with a small, foamy white head. Light sweet flavour with lovely lemony salinity, soft funk, a little citric acidity, subtle bitter straw. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Clean finish, tart, quenching, more pleasant citric bite. Excellent.
On tap at Salt Horse, Edinburgh - hazy yellow body, small froth. Herby nose, sharp crabapple taste and finish. Real lip puckering saison this. Nice.

Bottle. Online. Hazed pale straw gold. Good firm white swede. Light leathery suede-ish funk. Old lemon rind. Light lacto vibe. Semi sweet grain. Touch of green leaf. Taste is semi sweet first off. Gets lightly dry and lightly bitter. Clean and brisk on the palate. Dry light bitter finish.
