Inspired by some old Brabant tradition, this beer was brewed with barley malt, raw wheat and aged hops. It was turbid mashed, coolshipped, spontaneously fermented and aged in Burgundy oak barrels. This particular version is a blend of barrels aged 4 and 5 years, without topping off.

Hazy amber colour, white foam. Soft carbonation. Nose of lemon, wood, light vinous notes. Lactic sourness, bitter and dry. Reminds me a lot of De Cam Oude Lambiek.

Hazy dark golden beer with a white head. Aroma of tart grapes, apricot, funk. Taste of sour apricot, peach, grapes, wood. Good stuff.

Bottle pour at Arrogant Sour Festival 2024. Cloudy golden with small white head. Nice vinous profile, some citrus, bitterish finish, medium sourness, funk.

From 0,75l bottle shared at Arrogant Sour Fest, Reggio Emilia. Amber hazy color, small white head. smells wood, vinous, light sherry, oxidized, walnuts. Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes wood, oak, walnuts, sherry, peppery, herbal. finishes lightly bitter and light to medium sour with notes of walnuts, pepper and earthy notes. Very nice one
