8 3 8 3 16Can at Kim Jong Un Buurtcentrum, Zaandam. Near black with a thin tan head. Aroma of roast, chocolate, fudge, caramel, licorice, coffee and light overripe dark fruits. Flavour is light heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation.

Can from Mr. Hop. Dark black colour, brown foam. Roasted matls, coffee, syrup, molasses. Quite sweet and boozy, also bitter hoppy finish.

Keg at stadsbrouwhuis. Pours black, nose is liquorice, berries, biscuity, taste is sweet, jammy, roasted, chocolate, fruity.

On tap at Stadbrouhuis Leiden. black beer lots of liquorice on aroma. quite big in mouth boozy liquorice. not my thing

Can. Inky black pour. Aroma of chocolate, licorice, boozy mocha and roasted malt. Taste has boozy roasted malt, chocolate, molasses, soy sauce, licorice ripe red fruit and some hop bitters, mostly in the finish. Really nice belast of a ris, without all the popular dessert flavors.

Tap at Grote Markt festival. Black with light brown head. Thick roast, licorice, tar, molasses, toffee, thick caramel, blackberries, thick syrupy dark fruits, hazelnuts, light maple. Very sweet, medium bitter, light tart. Thick syrupy full bodied.

Grote Markt Summer Beer 2018. Black with tan head. Sweet roasted chocolate malts. Woody, licorice and toasty, light truffle moldy. Roasted grain. Moderate sweet and quite bitter and roasted. Full body and soft carbonation. Quite dry.

Draught @ UBF shared with Caesar and ShivanDragon. Opaque pitch black color, decent sized brown colored head. Aroma is weird: dark and roasted malts but also green plants, rotting plants. Flavor has it too. Green rotting plants and liquorice. No, not my kind of stout at all. Bleh.
