Slightly hazy golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of tart grapes, apricot, funk. Taste of sour grapes, apricot, funk, brett, refreshing.

Ma Che draught, 5/13/24. Gentle haze. Bright brass. Small, white head. Beautiful yarrow. Soft and well-expressed. Reminds somewhat of Wunderkammer. Juicy, malty, no punchy acidity. Clean. Flavorful, malty, juicy, not too bitter/dry on account of the yarrow. Very elegant. Classy and super balanced.
