The first stout from our own brewhouse. Based on 7 grains, candy sugar & lactose, but without other adjuncts, we created this classic, drinkable stout. Coffee, chocolate, slightly sweet, but also a slightly roasted and slightly bitter end.

Dark brown/ black colour, thin layer of beige foam. Nose of coffee, roasted malts, cocoa. Light sweet, light roasty, lactose sweetness.

A very dark brown beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt, dried fruits, booze. Taste of dried fruits, caramel, liquorice, roots, slightly boozy.

Clear dark brown to black beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: caramel, coffee, chocolate, good roast, malty, a bit yeasty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty, good roast, coffee touch, dark chocolate, a bit yeasty, some banana, a bitter touch. Aftertaste: malty, grains, chocolate, hay, good roast, some caramel, more chocolate.
