Eugene is a saison brewed with Mandarina Bavaria hops, fermented with second-use Mosaic from Bobbi and dry hopped with loads of Citra.

Dank, with notes of grapefruit, mango and bursts of tropical citrus, Eugene blurs the line between hazy IPAs and saisons.

Tap @MBCC 2025, Green Session. Cloudy pale golden white head. Fruity, malty aroma fruity, malty, slightly funky flavour.

MBCC 2025, Green Session. A hazy pale golden yellow beer. Aroma of tart grapes pale malt, wood. Taste of tart white grapes, wood, apples.

Pours light hazed golden with a lacing white head. Aroma: lemony hops, hay, spices and wild yeast. Taste: wild yeast, soft oak barrels and lemony hops. Interesting rustic palate.

Junction Road store. Aromas are lemon, yeast, spice and funk. Flavors are similar to nose, yeast stands out but is still very well balanced. Just right bitter, sweet and carbonation. Pick up a little hops. Good body and carbonation. Very nice beer.

4oz pours at brewery. Pours murky yellow with white head. Aroma has intense herbal hops and saison yeast. Flavour has buggy/herbal hops and some funky yeast. Not bad.

Can - turbid gold - moderate lace - nose is buggy funk and tropical notes of papaya and pineapple - lightly sweet, moderately tart, moderately bitter - citric hop character plays well with the light acidity and buggy funk - lingering bitterness and complex tropical notes - very similar to the Bobbi.

On tap. Pours a hay color with moderate head. Aromas of lemons, dusty grapes skins and sharp wheat. Flavors of same. Bright and tart. Very nice.
