We zijn flink uit onze comfortzone gestapt met het brouwen van deze chocolade-forward porter. Geniet van deze aristocratische digestief met Windsor gist, een Engelse stam die oneindig veel stabieler is dan de Koninklijke Windsors. Dit is niet een pedant feesttentbiertje, maar een verfijnde sigarenbar afterparty porter voor bierdrinkende patriciërs. Ervaar tonen van chocolade, koffie en Malagassische vanille, net zoals je favoriete biscotti. Drink het met het neusje in de lucht in je meest fancy dress.

On tap at the Beer Temple, Amsterdam on 28th November 2024. Deep sepia with pale tan foam and scant lacing. Rich chocolate cookie dough in aroma. Dark chocolate and burnt biscuit in-mouth and finish, during which some citrusy hops emerge. Medium bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.
