Hoppy Pils
New Zealand Nectaron and Australian Eclipse hops. This hopping is typical for modern hazy IPAs. It's time to interpret this duo in a classic Pilsner and heavily hop it for aroma and bitterness, creating Eclaron! We hope we've menaged to squeeze out the maximum balance, so you can enjoy pint after pint of Eclaron pils.
Ingredients: water, barley malt, rye malt, hops, yeast.
Not pasteurized and unfiltered beer.

Can (from SOPP Shop). Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white foamy head, which leaves good lace. Aroma is herbal, grassy and some floral tones with some bready malts. Flavour is floral, some bready malts and mild grassy and herbal tones to it.

12oz can. Zippy nose, grassy, straw, some soap, a little grist. Flavor is more balanced, the nose is just hop forward, the flavor has dough and corn and grist followed by some soapy hop. Dry, light, lightly bitter finish.

Zamglone. W aromacie cytrusy, kwiaty, mandarynki. Czysto. W smaku kwiaty, bergamotka, mandarynka. Slodowosci praktycznie nie czuć, w smaku sam chmiel. Goryczka niska ale zaznaczona. Jakbym nie wiedział, to bym uznal ze hazy ipa. Przyjemne.

Tap (13. WFDP, Wrocław). Bardzo aromatyczny z nutą cytrusów, potężna goryczka, wytrawne, lekkie w odbiorze, bardzo smaczne.
