Draw Together is a blend of three different barrel fermented beers:
Bordeaux barrel fermented red rye sour, brewed in November 2017. Hereford cider barrel fermented saison, brewed in November 2017. White Burgundy barrel fermented strong ale, brewed in May 2017.

From tap at Wild Festival Groningen 2019. Notes of red wine barrel, vinous, lots of oak. Tart flavour, bit sweetish, some funk, mild sour. Medium body. Plenty going on here, with the red wine being dominant.

750ml bottle split. Pours hazy dark orange amber with a slim white head. Aroma: cider vinegar, sour apples, funk, barrel notes, complex. Taste: moderate acidic, dry, vinous, gooseberry, more vinegar vibes. Medium body with low carbonation

Bottle shared with Kenny. It pours cloudy reddish - amber with a thick, fluffy beige head. The aroma is sweet - sour, tangy, oily, jammy, strawberry, Victoria sponge cake, vanilla, sour candy, redcurrant, raspberry cheesecake, sherbet, earthy, old leather sofa, spice and mouldy basement. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, puckering, juicy, acidic musty, funky, old leather action, spicy, mouldy basement, jammy, twist of citrus, granny smith apple, gummy bears and damp wood with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Interesting and nice depth to it. Quaffable.

Fles gedeelt door Inoven, met dank aan Benzai! Het is een troebel oranje geel bier met weinig schuim. Het heeft een zurige wijnachtige geur met tonen van perzik. De smaak is wrang en zuur met wederom wat perzik in de nasmaak.

Fles gedeeld door Benzai na proeverijtje. Donkerbruin troebel bier. Geur is zuur. Smaak is ook zuur en blijft even hangen.

Another amazing and delicious beer. Loads of flavours going on. Rye sharpness, fruity wine, wood, nice sourness, appley cider, funky straw, and even a bit of alcohol. Sweetness and acidity works well together. A great mix.
