At Basqueland, we take pride in collaborating with @‌freestylehops on their Hop Research Collective program, dedicated to the evaluation and research of new hop varieties. This work has allowed us to incorporate the hop variety Manilita for the first time in one of our beers. Manilita is a subtle addition designed for use on the cold side while brewing IPAs, delivering vibrant aromas of blood orange or papaya, accompanied by a dank herbal note, all courtesy of its thiol precursors.

Can from Gedeelde Vreugde.
A: hazy yellow, small, off-white head.
A: peach, tangerine, thyme, white pepper, dough, hashish.
T: sweet peach & papaya, herbs, dough, some dank cheese.
F: floral & herbal hops, bit peppery, juicy stone fruit.
P: medium body, fluffy texture, soft carbonation.
Enjoyable.

Draft at Only Good Beer, Budapest. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a big lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, dank, weedy, light herbal, light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, light herbal, light weedy, rich, juicy light mango, fruity hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. The beer took on a completely different character as it warmed.

Tap at Salon Piva 04/2024. Hoppy aroma and taste, tropical fruit, light to medium bitter, light sweet. Medium body, hoppy fruity bitter sweer finish. Ok.

Can at home 19/02/2024 Exotic tropical fruity aroma and taste with some passionfruit and lychee, papaya and tangelo citrus in play, sweetish malts, balanced bitter and floral hoppy finish. Very nice.

Caña en Danna León 23.. 02.. 2024. Color amarillento con espuma blanca persistente. Sabores frescos herbales con ligeris afrutados. Refrescante y fácil de beber. Buena. Para repetir.

Can from Bodecall, Malaga. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are rich tropical fruits, bitter hops, flowers and has a nice bitter finish.

Can from Bodecall, Malaga. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 140224
